• Communications: messages, discussion posts, Q&A content, and support requests.

Information collected automatically:

• Device information: browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
• Usage data: pages visited, courses viewed, lesson progress, and feature interactions.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Platform's services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes).
